The Cart Coop is our most popular model. It is built on a heavy duty utility cart rated for over 1,000lbs. Constructed of 2x2 pine, durable T1-11 siding or pine board siding, galvanized and corrugated roofing, 3/4" subfloor, osb ceiling, pressure treated 2x2 pine for the runs and galvanized chicken wire, this coop holds 4-6 hens in its 16 sq. ft. of living space with another 16 sq. ft. of outdoor space. Your chickens will live in luxury with floor to ceiling windows, balcony overlooking the garden (window flower box:)with working shutters to close during the coldest months, a comfortable perch, auto-feeder and 2 spacious nesting boxes.

Small Stationary Coop
3.5 ft. by almost 5 ft. long by 4 ft. tall, this coop gives you all the cute features of the cart coop and also gives you more space. This coop comes with 2 perches, 2 nesting boxes, chicken ramp, vintage removable window, front ventelation window w/flower box and working shutters, rear barn door and beadboard siding.

Small Stationary Coop $800

Stationary Coop Condo is the largest coop we make. It is 4'x6' and holds app. 8-10 chickens. It is made of (4)4x4 pressure treated posts, 2x4 and 2x2 pine as well as OSB, T1-11 siding or pine board siding and galvanized roofing. This coop comes with two perches, 3 spacious nesting boxes, easy egg collecting access panel and rear barn doors as well as auto-feeder. There is no bending to collect eggs or clean the coop.. just broom out debris.

The Stationary Coop is $1100
we could add covered runs for an additional $200 and divide it into two coops for an additional $75. This duplex will come with two nesting boxes on each side as well as two chicken traps, a divided coop and divided run w/ galvanized metal.

The Cottage Coop is our smallest coop, perfect for 2-3 hens, with one perch, removable roof and detachable run. This coop comes standard with front door/ ventelation window (with plexi-glass insert for the coldest months), louvered ventelation windows in both gables, bump out nesting box including easy access door and auto-feeder. Cottage style consists of galvanized roofing, painted beadboard siding and white trim. This coop is elevated on stilts and has a ramp access to the run. It can be made maneuverable by adding handles and wheels to the base. It can also be lowered to sit on 4x4 blocks and have sliding door access to the run.

This coop is app. 30" wide by 36" deep by 40" tall at the peak. The run comes detachable and can connect with the front or side.

The Cottage Coop is $600 and can be painted to match your style.

The Yard Tractor is our most economical coop. It is made of T1-11, galvanized roofing and pressure treated pine. It is app. 3x3ft of indoor space with a 3x5ft run. Handles on the front and wheels in the back give great maneuverablity. It comes standard with one perch, auto-feeder, sliding chicken door, free ranging door on the run and one nesting box (can be bumped out for an additional $35). The roof is on hinges and has a handle to lift for egg collecting and cleaning.

Yard Tractor Coop is $450 and holds 3-5 hens.

Coops come stained with a natural looking sealer made by Olympic paints. All coops can be upgraded to be painted with high grade exterior paint. Cost varies depending on coops size:
